Integral massage
Relax, connect with your body, deepen
the contact with yourself. A personal massage
helps you to release stress.
It consists of various massage techniques like
pressure point, holistic, meridian and traditional.
Every massage session is unique,
based on the current state of the body,
soul and needs of the person receiving it.

Alexander
Originally developed for singers and actors
to improve the contact with their body
and release tension. Alexander technique helps
to let the energy in your body flow.  
45 minutes individual session           €18,- pp
45 minutes group session (2)             €9,- pp

Meditation session
A session of 20 – 30 minutes including instruction
to integrate body and soul. Together with the
teacher you practice AUM meditation based on
ancient traditions from India
